Long Beach, Calif. - The Pomona-Pitzer Men's Water Polo team completed play at the So Cal Invitational with a 13-7 loss to No. 13 Long Beach State and a 14-5 loss to No. 15 Santa Clara on Sunday.

With the losses, the Sagehens slip to 1-12 on the season against a brutal schedule that has included 12 defeats against teams in the top 15 in the nation and a win over No. 17 Navy.

Sophomore Tyler Hill (Lafayette, Calif. - pictured) had a strong performance in goal in the second half, tallying seven saves and allowing only four goals.

Against Santa Clara, the Sagehens got off to another slow start and trailed 8-2 at the break. Five different players scored goals for Pomona-Pitzer, including Stephen Vint (El Cajon, Calif.), Jason Cox (Arnold, Md.), Travis Larsen (Rolling Hills Estates, Calif.), Jarrod Gaut (Irvine, Calif.), and Jaron Moler (Carmichael, Calif.).
